Health encompasses many different wellness dimensions including mental health, spiritual health, and physical health. It takes a good healthy balance of all the dimensions for the achievement of optimal health. There are also many different sub-components, to each dimension, that are important for optimal health in each individual dimension. For example, physical health has sub-components that include nutrition, proper rest, and exercise. Each of which we will expand on in the blog.
My mission in this weekly blog will be to cover each component by sharing my 26 years of nursing knowledge, current research, and personal experiences with you. It is my hope that this blog will enhance your personal journey in this life and lead to complete optimal health and well being for you. Your thoughts and feedback are welcomed and appreciated as we share together.
